Natalie Valdez PT, DPT

Biography

Natalie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas.

She has a background in strength and conditioning and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since graduating, she has also obtained certifications from the Institute of Athlete Regeneration (IAR) in Sports and Orthopedic Regenerative Dry Needling and Sports Manual Therapy. She has experience in Performance Medicine working with athletes at all levels including professional, collegiate, high school, and youth sports. She wants to continue to further her education and begin fellowship training with IAR in the future.

Natalie is caring and deeply committed to her patients and is passionate about facilitating them to reach their full potential. In her free time, she loves being active by working out at local Dallas gyms and running Katy Trail. Her other hobbies include going to brunch with family and friends, and enjoying wine with her fiancé.
