Effective April 1, 2021, Texas Orthopaedic Associates will be under a new tax identification number due to us becoming part of OrthoLoneStar. OrthoLoneStar was created through a merger of six orthopaedic practices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Tyler.

You may have received a letter from your insurance carrier telling you that Texas Orthopaedic Associates physicians are out of network and that you need to choose a new physician if you want in-network benefits.
