Carley Bowman PT, DPT

Biography

Carley, originally from Ruston, Louisiana graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies she moved to Dallas, Texas to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University. 

While in PT school she fostered her passion for learning, teaching, and research endeavors becoming published in multiple research journals. She is now working on her PhD part-time at Texas Woman's University where she plans to hone her research efforts on gait and balance with ambitions to eventually dive into running research.

Carley has a strong interest in all things triathlete: swimming, running, and cycling. Additionally, she takes interest in orthopaedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and return to sport rehabilitation.

When not treating patients in the clinic, Carley enjoys running, cycling, playing tennis, snowboarding, spending time with friends, taking her dog on runs or walks with her, Camellia (aka Cammie), and baking or cooking!
